In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents. As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to clinical care delivery, lead and support staff, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans using a Positive Wellbeing ModelDeliver, monitor, and evaluate evidence-based care strategiesMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation using electronic systemsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external service providersProvide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff, students, and volunteersContribute to workforce management, including rostering and performance supportEnsure compliance with legislative, accreditation, and organisational requirementsPromote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and continuous learningSupport service delivery outcomes, KPIs, and financial targetsAbout YouYou are a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse with 12 months of clinical knowledge and leadership capability.
