Health Matters Fernvale is growing, and we're looking for a switched-on Accounts & Payroll Administrator to take ownership of the financial engine room of our busy regional practice — commencing in a casual capacity with a view to permanent part-time basis that fits your life. You'll be the go-to person for payroll accuracy, financial insight, and the smooth running of our day-to-day accounts — working closely with practice leadership to keep Fernvale healthy, both clinically and commercially. About the role Reporting to our Finance Manager, you will manage the full accounts and payroll function for the Fernvale practice. Day to day, you will: Process weekly payroll across our admin team, nurses, registrars, and doctor service fee and billings payments — accurately and on time, every time Run accounts administration end to end, including accounts payable and receivable Support business planning and prepare clear, insightful reports on business performance Assist with human resources onboarding documentation and personnel records, keeping our people paperwork accurate, current, and compliant What you'll bring To thrive in this role, you'll need: Proficiency in processing payroll Proficiency in accounting and business systems, including Xero, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and applying ethical standards in the handling of financial, payroll, and practice information Why join Health Matters Fernvale?
