This is a true boots-on-the-ground role where you won’t be behind a desk all day. You’ll be visible on site, building strong relationships, influencing safe behaviours and motivating teams to do their best work, safely. With multiple Urban sites to support, strong organisation, time management and the ability to build trust quickly are essential. About the roleWorking closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will help drive a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across our Urban projects. Golding values practical, people-focused safety and encourages new ideas, innovation and ownership.Key responsibilities include:Building strong, trusted relationships through a visible and engaging site presenceFacilitating risk assessments aligned to project activitiesDeveloping and championing project-specific SHE monitoring programsSupporting and improving the application of SHET Management PlansProviding practical SHE advice to Project ManagersContributing to toolbox talks, pre-starts and site communicationsSupporting inductions, incident reporting and investigationsDelivering SHET training and contributing to broader improvement initiatives About youYou are a people-oriented safety professional who can influence, motivate and lead by example.
