About the role Elite Panel Installations is seeking experienced Panel Installers to join our growing team in Perth, WA. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on diverse installation projects across the Perth metropolitan area. As a Panel Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of various panel systems, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards on every project. This role is integral to our reputation for delivering exceptional results to our valued clients. What you'll be doing Installing Insulated panels in accordance with design specifications and project requirements Preparing and measuring work areas to ensure accurate panel placement and alignment Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively to cut, fit and secure panels Conducting quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards Collaborating with Leading hands and site supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time Maintaining a clean and organised work area and disposing of waste materials responsibly Following all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies on site Communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise What we're looking for Proven experience as a Panel Installer or in a similar role within the building trades industry Experience in metal work, carpentry, or joinery is preferred Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively on site Physical fitness Proficient in basic mathematics Current White Card Drivers license EWP license preferred Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic Willingness to travel between sites What we offer At Elite Panel Installations, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and professional work environment where our team members can thrive.
