Our client is an established furniture and homewares retailer with a strong retail footprint and a growing direct-to-consumer online business. They are investing heavily in their digital capability and are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of their online channel. This is a practitioner role, not a coordinator role. Working closely with the Ecommerce & Digital Lead, you'll own the website, product catalogue, customer experience and the systems that keep the online business performing. From Shopify merchandising and SEO through to CRM, reporting and integrations, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial growth while helping build the digital infrastructure for the future. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Own day-to-day performance of the Shopify website, monitoring conversion, traffic and customer experienceManage Shopify merchandising including product templates, collections, navigation, metafields and product discoveryOwn product catalogue quality including imagery, SEO metadata, tagging, dimensions, pricing and availabilityLead SEO initiatives across the website, monitoring technical SEO, Google Search Console and organic performanceManage POS and inventory integrations, ensuring stock accuracy and seamless customer experienceOwn checkout optimisation including shipping, payment methods and fulfilment settingsManage CRM and lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation and customer retentionWork closely with development partners to prioritise website improvements and CRO initiativesMonitor website performance through GA4, Shopify Analytics and reporting dashboardsManage one direct report while coordinating with agencies and external technology partners Your Experience: 5 years' experience in an Ecommerce Manager or similar hands-on ecommerce roleStrong Shopify experience with a deep understanding of merchandising, themes, apps and product architectureExperience within furniture, homewares, retail or other high-consideration consumer brandsStrong knowledge of SEO, technical SEO and website optimisationExperience managing large product catalogues and maintaining high-quality product dataStrong analytical capability across GA4, Shopify Analytics and Excel or Google SheetsExperience with omnichannel retail and POS integrationsExperience with Klaviyo, Google Merchant Centre and AI tools highly regardedCommercially minded with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving performance Ways of Working: Full-time permanent roleBased on-site in Bibra Lake, PerthReport to the General Manager with day-to-day direction from the Ecommerce & Digital LeadManage one direct report while working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and development partners This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ecommerce professional who enjoys taking ownership, driving measurable commercial outcomes and helping shape the future of a growing omnichannel retail business.
