About us DIABLO Industrial Services is a Construction Services business, delivering a variety of specialised and customised services to a growing number of high-profile organisations operating throughout the Construction sector in Australia. About the role We are seeking an individual that has well rounded experience, who can work just as well autonomously as they do in a team environment. You will be providing support to both the Operations and Finance Team and will therefore need to have the ability to form strong working relationships, built on trust and commitment to the business and its staff who rely on the role. The general office responsibilities include data entry for accounts and payroll, human resources administration, basic bookkeeping in support of the Commercial Manager, as well as overall management of our Quality Assurance Program. Experience in a construction / blue collar environment with an Administrative function would be ideal. About you The person appointed to this position will contribute positively to a culture of workplace safety and respect for others. You are confident in working autonomously when required and be able to work systematically through tasks with a high degree of attention to detail. You must be organised and manage your time efficiently to ensure time sensitive duties take priority. Minimum competency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, as well as exposure to a finance system such as Xero or MYOB. The successful candidate is required to work approximately 30 hours per week which will be predominately based in our Kewdale WA office, however flexible working arrangements can be discussed. Some travel to our interstate operations may be required.
