One customer might need advice on a bore pump for their farm. The next could be designing an irrigation system for a new property. Another may need help troubleshooting a water filtration system. Working with us provides many benefits and opportunities-which include: – Above market pay rates and strong culture – Development and training with clear career options – Employee Assistance Program (free financial, legal, medical advice) – Core values that include “give a S&t” , “pride in our craft” and “get S&t done” – Retail profit share What You’ll Be Doing: This role is more than serving customers at a counter, as you will be: – Understanding customer problems and recommending the right products – Preparing quotations and technical solutions – Learning about pumps, filtration, irrigation and water management systems – Building long-term relationships with farmers, tradies, contractors and homeowners – Working alongside suppliers and industry-leading brands – Helping create an engaging retail showroom – Developing technical knowledge that will make you an industry specialist About You: You may not know everything about irrigation-which is fine, we can teach you that. What we are looking for is the following: – A genuine interest in technology, agriculture or practical problem-solving – Great communication and people skills – Curiosity and a willingness to learn – Strong organisational skills – Confidence using computers and preparing quotes – Retail, sales, trade or agricultural experience (preferred but not essential) Attitude is key, as well as people looking for a career.
