About the Role: Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will be assigned a territory of leading retailers and management of small team of instore Microsoft Product Advisors (MPAs). Engaging with Store Managers and Retail Sales People (RSPs), you and your team will be responsible for delivering excellence in the field through store visitation management, demonstrating and educating RSPs on the Microsoft products, building relationships with all levels of staff with in the store to ensure the Microsoft strategy is supported and amplified. You will be responsible for Store and Territory performance - Discussing store performance and opportunities with senior store management with the objective of supporting the overall Microsoft strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for the performance, KPIs, development and coaching of your MPA team within your assigned region with accountability for client activity execution, planograms, data and photo reporting. Primary Territory: Gold Coast region, covering Pimpama down to Burleigh Heads. Interstate & Regional Travel: Bi-monthly visits to Tweed Heads, plus rewarding quarterly travel to Cairns, Lismore, and Ballina. About You: Ideally you will be a tech savvy person and passionate about the Microsoft brand. With an outgoing personality you will feel comfortable engaging stakeholders and making a difference in the retail environment. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to be self-directed and confident in managing multiple priorities.
