What You'll Be Doing You'll assist customers with a variety of enquiries, including: Billing and account enquiries. Payment support and payment plans. Water, wastewater, and service enquiries. Supporting customers through difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. Finding practical solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working across phone and digital channels.
