You'll lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, digital acquisition, CRM, website optimisation and product marketing while developing a high-performing marketing team. Combining strong commercial thinking with exceptional execution, you'll continually optimise marketing performance to maximise qualified lead generation, conversion and return on investment. A day in the life Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified lead generation and membership growth. Own Virgin Active's paid media strategy across digital channels, continually optimising campaign performance and return on ad spend. Lead digital acquisition initiatives across search, social, display and emerging channels to maximise commercial outcomes. Develop CRM, marketing automation and lead nurture programs that improve prospect engagement and conversion. Optimise website performance, customer journeys and landing pages to maximise lead generation and conversion. Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to commercial priorities. Lead external agencies and marketing partners to deliver exceptional creative, media and digital outcomes. Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and marketing insights to continually improve effectiveness and marketing efficiency. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities while supporting the implementation of Virgin Active's broader brand strategy. Lead, coach and develop the Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager and Design Manager, creating a collaborative and high-performing team culture. To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset You have tertiary qualifications and 5 years' experience leading performance marketing, digital marketing or growth marketing functions. You have aligned experience. You have a proven track record delivering commercially successful campaigns across paid media, CRM, digital acquisition and website optimisation. You understand how to balance creativity with commercial performance and enjoy using data to improve marketing effectiveness. You are people-focused. You build strong relationships across the business and create environments where teams collaborate to deliver outstanding campaigns. You are self-assured.
