We are looking for an experienced Quality Systems Lead to support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Food Safety and Quality systems at our Casino production facility. This role will work closely with our Site FSQ team, New Zealand team, R&D, Technical, Regulatory and operational teams to ensure our systems, standards and specifications support product quality, food safety, customer expectations, GFSI standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will: Work with the New Zealand team to implement and align with the existing Food Safety and Quality framework Lead audit and assessment activities to ensure quality systems meet GFSI, customer and regulatory requirements Manage and improve processing control standards to support product quality, customer, regulatory and food safety outcomes Act as site HACCP Coordinator, supporting the review and implementation of HACCP systems Review, update and maintain the PLM database in collaboration with Technical and R&D teams Create and maintain specifications, work instructions, SOPs and job aides within PLM/IL Work with R&D and Regulatory to review new raw materials, product information and specifications Identify potential allergen, labelling or food safety impacts from new materials or process changes Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and working with key stakeholders to improve current processes Provide relief support for Site FSQ audit duties when required
