CSSD Lead Our hospital partner is seeking an experienced CSSD professional to join our perioperative team as a CSSD Technician & Team Leader. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on technical work with leadership responsibility, acting as the senior CSSD professional within the department while working alongside your team to support theatre services and patient care. Salary packaging benefits through a not-for-profit organisation Free Onsite Parking Permanent position Monday to Friday roster Mixture of early and late shift depending on Theatre Lists Competitive Salary $40-$45 per hour base rate Morning Shift 7:00am start Afternoon Shift 12:30pm start About the Role As the senior CSSD professional on site, you will: Lead and support the CSSD team Coordinate daily workflow and theatre priorities Participate in instrument cleaning, assembly, packaging and sterilisation Manage loan instrumentation and orthopaedic sets Maintain AS/NZS 5369 compliance standards Support quality, accreditation and continuous improvement activities About You Certificate III in Sterilising Services Hospital CSSD experience Orthopaedic instrumentation knowledge Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of AS/NZS 5369 standards Collaborative, hands-on leadership style If you're an experienced CSSD professional who enjoys leading from the front and making a genuine impact within a supportive hospital environment, we'd love to hear from you.
