This role offers a unique blend of finance, pricing, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement, partnering closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to support business performance and profitability. You'll play a key role in managing commercial incentives, pricing governance and reporting, while helping drive process improvements across the function. Key Responsibilities Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer contracts and commercial agreements Oversee incentive, rebate and accrual processes, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement Support pricing governance through analysis and review of pricing requests Prepare and distribute regular pricing, margin and commercial performance reports Maintain and enhance Power BI reporting and dashboards Partner with Sales, Finance and operational teams to provide commercial insights and support decision-making Assist with SOX compliance, internal controls and audit requirements Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and standardisation About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification is advantageous Power BI experience will be highly regarded Previous experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst or similar role Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets Sound like the role for you?
