The Opportunity Reporting to the Marketing team, you'll support the delivery of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth across multiple brands. Working closely with teams across sales, development and investment, you'll enjoy a varied role with genuine ownership and the opportunity to develop your career in a growing business. Key Responsibilities Content & Digital Create content across digital, print and social channels Manage LinkedIn content and EDM campaigns Produce marketing collateral, presentations and brochures Coordinate photography, videography and project marketing assets Campaigns & Events Deliver integrated marketing campaigns Coordinate events, launches and conferences Support lead generation and sales initiatives Maintain marketing databases and campaign reporting Marketing Operations Manage marketing administration and shared enquiries Coordinate suppliers, invoices and documentation Maintain marketing assets and internal communications About You Experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role Property, construction, finance or professional services experience is advantageous Strong copywriting and communication skills Experience managing LinkedIn and digital marketing platforms Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Mailchimp Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities Please APPLY DIRECTLY via the advert.
