The Clayton branch offers: A well-equipped, modern multi-workshop environment Strong internal career progression opportunities Exposure to a wide range of hydraulic systems and equipment A supportive team culture with regular social events The role Reporting to the Leading Hand, you'll work Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (with flexibility down the track to change hours/roster), getting hands-on with the full scope of hydraulic work. Diagnosing, rebuilding and restoring hydraulic components Hydraulic hose and coupling repairs Testing hydraulic components and systems Modifications and new machine build-ups Assembly of components Your value and experience You'll come from a mobile plant or related trade background with solid hands-on experience working with hydraulic systems. You'll also bring: Experience diagnosing and rebuilding hydraulic components and systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team A positive attitude and strong safety focus Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) OEM equipment knowledge (highly regarded) This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a respected, globally recognised OEM offering genuine flexibility, strong rates and real career development.
