Job Description Lead all aspects of site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable performance. Drive a high-performance culture through strong leadership, coaching and accountability. Deliver operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and process optimisation initiatives. Manage site budgets, costs and performance metrics to achieve business objectives. Lead CAPEX and plant improvement projects to enhance productivity, safety and capacity. Oversee production, maintenance, logistics and customer service activities to meet customer and operational targets. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards while driving ongoing improvement. The Successful Applicant A successful Site Manager should have: 5 years' experience leading manufacturing, operations or site-based teams Strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. Experience identifying, leading and delivering CAPEX projects, from business case development through to execution and operational outcomes. Background in manufacturing, precast, concrete, construction materials, infrastructure or related heavy industrial environments highly regarded. What's on Offer Competitive salary package.
