Role is based in Sydney CBD Your new role As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for all things Facilities & Workplace Related in the office. The role is Full time Hours Monday- Friday and requires 100% On site Work. Key Duties Include: Acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience Managing the overall workplace environment to ensure it is safe, clean, and fully operational through daily office inspections Handling employee requests and service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service Managing office supplies, stock, mail, shipping, and general inventory Liaising with vendors and service providers (cleaning, catering, IT support), ensuring service standards are met Building strong relationships with building management and co-working partners to support facilities operations Access Management Support Projects Supporting health & safety processes, including participation in emergency procedures and drills What you'll need to succeed 23 years experience in Workplace Facilities or SimilarExperience working in a corporate or premium office environment (preferred)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbalA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detailExperience using systems such as Google Workspace, ticketing systems, or helpdesk platformsA passion for delivering high-quality workplace and employee experiencesAbility to work independently while collaborating with wider team What you'll get in return Competitive salary package of $75,000 $80,000 super Opportunity to work within a dynamic and globally recognised organisation Exposure to a premium CBD workplace environment Career development opportunities within a growing workplace and operations function A collaborative, supportive team environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
