Job details 8/6 Roster FIFO from Adelaide 6 month project at Olympic Dam About Our Client Our client is a well-established engineering and project delivery company with a strong track record across Australias mining, resources, and infrastructure sectors. They specialise in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, supporting large-scale construction and commissioning projects. About the role WorkPac are seeking an experienced E&I Commission Supervisor to work a 8/6 roster for a period of 6 months at Olympic Dam. What you will be doing Lead daily pre-start meetings and toolbox talks, covering work scope, safety requirements, and priorities. Coordinate daily commissioning activities, ensuring personnel, equipment, and permits are available. Supervise contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams on site. Manage commissioning activities, including energisation, testing, loop checks, and system start-up. Review and approve commissioning documentation, test records, and punch list items. Work with construction teams to confirm systems are ready for commissioning through inspections and walkdowns. Track commissioning progress and report or escalate issues affecting schedules. Ensure all commissioning work is carried out safely and in compliance with HSE requirements. What you will need SA Electrical License Recognised Instrumentation Trade Certificate White Card Current Drivers License CPR / LVR (completed within the last 12 months) National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months) Working at Heights certification EWP (Elevated Work Platform) licence Above 11m Strong trade background in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control (EIC) with minimum 15 years of experience Hands-on experience in commissioning planning and execution for complex processing plants. Demonstrated experience leading and supervising field teams and ensuring safe commissioning execution.
