Job details Asphalt Labourer $39.04 p/h penalties Allowances Opportunity to work with a leading infrastructure services provider in Mackay Immediate Start About Our Client: Our Client is a leading provider of integrated services across transport, utilities, and infrastructure sectors throughout Australia and New Zealand. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality road and civil works, Our Client plays a key role in maintaining and improving road networks across regional Queensland, including the Mackay region. What you will be doing: Assist with the laying and spreading of asphalt on roads, pavements, and civil projects Work alongside a skilled crew to prepare surfaces, including cleaning, raking, and levelling Support the operation of asphalt equipment Assist with loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently What you will need: Relevant drivers licence (C, HR, MR or LR) Relevant machinery tickets or licences (Forklift, Loader, Roller etc. where applicable) Previous asphalt, spray seal or civil road construction experience (highly regarded) Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Whats in it for you?
