About the role Our client is currently seeking Production Workers to be based out of their Carrara factory. As a Production Worker, you will be required to work between 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday. The successful candidates will be required to complete the below duties: Sand, smooth, and shape fibreglass components using hand tools and power sanders Inspect fibreglass products for defects, cracks, or air bubbles and perform necessary repairs Apply fillers or resins where required to achieve a smooth finish Operate sanding machines and maintain proper sanding techniques to avoid damage to materials Clean and maintain sanding equipment and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety Assist with other fibreglass preparation tasks as required, such as trimming or cutting components What you will need Drivers license transport Previous factory experience On the job training provided Willingness to pass a Drug & Alcohol and Pre-Employment Medical Physically fit Whats in it for you?
