Job details Competitive hourly rate MondayFriday position Located in Yarrabilba About the client: Our client delivers safe, flexible and cost-effective civil, mining and urban infrastructure project solutions across urban, regional and remote locations for the resources, utilities, property and transport sectors About the Role: As an Administrator, you will support project teams through efficient coordination of documentation, data entry, record management, and compliance support. You will work closely with site personnel and vendors to ensure all safety, licensing, and training information is current and accessible, contributing to smooth project operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily administrative tasks for the safety and environment teams Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation Gather site safety records and enter data into the central database Provide timely information to site personnel using centralised records Liaise with vendors to update licences, insurances, and worker registrations Ensure all safetyrelated documentation is organised and accessible Assist in preparing compliance reports and supporting safety audits Track and report on key safety metrics and performance indicators Maintain and update employee safety and training records Skills and Experience Required Experience with SAP software required Strong administration experience within a project or operational environment High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management Ability to communicate clearly with site teams and external vendors Proactive approach to managing documentation and following up on requirement Experience with safety, compliance, or training records (desirable) Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities How to Apply: Click on the Apply button to submit your application or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Georgia Guy on(08) 6462 1147 or Georgia.Guy@workpac.com quoting the below reference number.
