Secure Parking is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts within our Hospital Division. This role ensures compliance with legal, commercial, and organisational requirements while driving risk management, cost control, and strong stakeholder relationships. You will manage car park service contracts, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure services meet the needs of patients, visitors, and staff. The role includes contract drafting and negotiation, revenue oversight, pricing approvals, audits, and reporting, as well as managing variations, renewals, and dispute resolution. You will also liaise with hospital departments, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer car park service contracts with external operators and vendors Ensure parking services meet the needs of patients, visitors, and staff, including accessibility and emergency access Oversee revenue collection, reporting, and financial reconciliation Review and approve pricing structures, concessions, and permit systems Manage contract variations, extensions, renewals, and full contract lifecycle Ensure compliance with Australian regulations, hospital policies, and safety standards Coordinate maintenance of parking equipment and systems (e.g., ticketing, boom gates, payment machines) Liaise with hospital departments including facilities, finance, security, and patient services Conduct audits and prepare performance and financial reports Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements Monitor contract performance against KPIs and implement value-for-money strategies Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks Manage claims, disputes, and resolution processes Maintain accurate contract records and documentation Advise on procurement systems and ensure compliance with procurement requirements Build and maintain supplier relationships to manage risk and maximise contract value Conduct market research to inform procurement strategy and contract improvements Lead contract reviews, renewals, and transition planning for expiring contracts Ensure compliance with government and disposal procedures Interpret contract terms and ensure all parties understand their obligations Apply contract management best practices including variations, exemptions, and extensions management About You Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field 5 years' experience in contract management Experience in infrastructure or IT projects (preferred) Strong knowledge of Australian Standard contracts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong commercial acumen and focus on efficiency and value Proficient in Microsoft Office Membership in professional bodies (desirable) At Secure, we are committed to building an inclusive workplace where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are welcomed, respected, and supported.
