Job Description Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is looking for a friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic Golf & Leisure Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. As a Golf & Leisure Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Golf Pro Shop and leisure facilities. As part of our Golf Operations team, your responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests and members, processing golf check-ins and bookings, and providing outstanding customer service. Assisting with retail sales, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented Golf Pro Shop. Providing knowledgeable advice on golf, membership, resort facilities, and local attractions. Managing bookings for golf and tennis facilities. Supporting daily golf operations, including competition administration, tee sheet management, and field marshalling to maintain pace of play. Preparing and maintaining golf carts, rental equipment, practice facilities, and other golf assets. Collecting, washing, and maintaining range balls, buckets, and equipment. Assisting with general maintenance of golf operations areas, including the cart shed, course amenities, and surrounding facilities. Completing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and general Pro Shop administration. Serving refreshments from the drinks cart when required. Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards are always maintained. Maintaining guest privacy, confidentiality, and the highest standards of professionalism. Supporting the team with other operational duties as required.
