Rexel Australia is looking for a driven Customer Care Officer to join our high-performing National Customer Engagement Team, based out of our Moorabbin office. This isn't your average customer service role. You'll be managing a portfolio of large, multimillion-dollar national accounts, working as a true partner to our clients — solving problems, growing relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience every time. What You'll Be Doing Managing and nurturing a portfolio of key national accounts, acting as the primary point of contact Juggling multiple clients and priorities simultaneously — no two days look the same Driving warm sales conversations to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities Coordinating orders, quotes, deliveries, and queries with speed and accuracy Collaborating with internal teams including branch networks and national key account managers Maintaining accurate records and reporting using tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and PRONTO (desirable) Thinking creatively to solve client challenges and continuously improve the customer experience
