About the Role The Plumber will work across commercial and residential sites, performing installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair work. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all plumbing work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with NSW regulatory requirements. Tenure: Full time & Ongoing Location: Greystanes, NSW Salary: Negotiable in the range $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation per annum Responsibilities will include: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, pipes, and associated equipment in line with the Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA) and AS/NZS 3500. Complete comprehensive plumbing work for residential and commercial new builds, renovations, fit-outs, and system upgrades. Diagnose complex faults, clear blockages, isolate leaks, and carry out corrective repairs. Read and interpret plans, architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and compliance documentation. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure all work complies with NSW plumbing, drainage, and gas fitting safety regulations. Maintain accurate job records, reports, and compliance documentation, including contributing to Certificates of Compliance (CoC). Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high industry service standards. To be successfully considered for this role you will: Be qualified to Certificate IV level or agreed equivalent Hold, or be eligible to acquire , all relevant certificates enabling employment in NSW. Have at least one or more years of relevant plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings (incorporating new installations, maintenance, and repairs). Possess strong technical skills across water supply, sanitary plumbing, drainage, and general plumbing systems. Hold , or be eligible to acquire, a General Construction Induction Card (White Card). Possess a valid Australian Driver’s Licence. Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and independent task-management skills. Provide solid professional references upon request. Desirable Requirements: Verification of Competency (VOC) or Statement of Attainment (SOA) excavator ticket. Confined Spaces Rescuer certification (Sydney Water Procedure - WHSMS0068). Work Safely at Heights certification. First Aid certification. Demonstrated experience working with Sydney Water safety protocols and procedures.
