Digital Business Analyst – website project URGENT Initial 12-month Contract opportunity Competitive Daily Rate Sydney Base with hybrid work flexibility (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH) We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering innovative digital initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned BA with strong Waterfall delivery experience and end-to-end business analysis expertise to work across complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative environment. Key Requirements 10 years demonstrated experience working as an IT / Digital Business Analyst, including gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, assisting in the preparation of business cases and market investigation documents such as EOI’s & RFP’s, assist in testing documentation and activities, and experience in documenting business process mapping changes using swim lane diagrams and other workflow diagrams. Must have technical and digital-focused project experience. In the last 5 years has worked on either one or many of the following types of projects: Website transformation projects Website customer engagement projects CMS project implementations – in particular, SiteCore CRM project implementations – in particular, MS Dynamics CRM Digital Forms Enterprise platform Digital Business Process Improvement projects Skills and knowledge in the underlying technologies of any of the technologies detailed above. Fully conversant with waterfall methodology , with demonstrated experience within the last 5 years.
