Your new role As a Digital Business Analyst, you will join a cross-functional Agile squad and play a key role in delivering strategic digital initiatives. Working closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers and Testers, you will be responsible for understanding customer and business needs, mapping customer journeys and translating requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. You will facilitate workshops, conduct discovery sessions, document current and future-state processes, and support the delivery of solutions that enhance customer experiences across the organisation's digital shop ecosystem. You will also work closely with technical stakeholders to understand integrations, dependencies and operational challenges to ensure successful delivery outcomes. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst within complex digital transformation programs. Strong Agile delivery experience, including working within squad-based environments. Demonstrated experience mapping and improving customer journeys. Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirements. Ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Experience working on customer-facing digital products, websites, apps or online sales platforms. Understanding of integrations, technical dependencies and end-to-end digital delivery. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Previous telecommunications experience will be highly regarded.
