Expressions of Interest | Brand Manager – UP&GO Reporting to: Ashleigh Tipple, Senior Brand Manager UP&GO Location : Berkeley Vale Head Office Status : 12 Month Secondment EOI Close: 10 July 2026 About the role This 12-month secondment is an opportunity to join the UP&GO brand team and contribute to one of Sanitarium’s most well-known brands. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, the Brand Manager will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive revenue, brand awareness and growth. The Role Brand Strategy Execution: Supporting the delivery of brand strategy across communications, innovation, packaging, promotions, digital, PR, events and retail activation. Campaign and media delivery: Managing brand communications activity, including agency briefing, campaign development, media planning and implementation, with consideration of market conditions, investment efficiency and performance outcomes. Innovation and NPD: Leading new product development, renovation and go-to-market projects, working cross-functionally from concept through to launch. Project management: Driving key brand projects forward, ensuring delivery on time and in line with brand, commercial and customer objectives. Cross-functional alignment: Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Category, SDI and agency partners to create alignment and maintain momentum across initiatives. Financial and performance management: Tracking brand performance, managing budgets and contributing to the delivery of profit, revenue and growth targets. Planning: Contributing to annual brand planning and the development of the innovation pipeline, helping shape priorities that support long-term brand growth. Team contribution: Contributing to a collaborative and constructive team environment, with the potential to lead a junior team member depending on business need and the successful candidate . About you Degree qualified in Marketing, Commerce or a related field 4 years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG or a consumer-led environment Strong project management and campaign execution capability Experience in new product development and go-to-market delivery Strong commercial acumen and consumer focus, with the ability to link activity to strategy and performance outcomes Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word Detail focused, organised and able to manage multiple priorities A proactive and collaborative growth mindset, with curiosity, resilience and a passion for innovation and delivering results If you would like more details about this opportunity, please contact Ash Tipple or Aleni Togafau via Please submit your interest via the “Search Jobs” function in Day Force.
