About the Opportunity As Retail Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Goulburn store, leading a dedicated team of employees and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, drive sales performance, maintain high merchandising and presentation standards, and create a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You’re comfortable balancing people leadership, operational priorities, and commercial performance, and you take pride in developing engaged, high-performing teams. You bring proven experience in retail or customer service leadership, including managing teams, financial outcomes, and service standards. You are adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident managing change, with strong communication skills and solid capability across Microsoft Office and business systems. The successful applicant must hold a current driver’s licence and will be required to complete a National Police Check and hold, or obtain, a Working with Vulnerable People Card (WWVP). A First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain within three months is required.
