Tecside are seeking experienced Civil Labourers, Excavator Operators for long term major project works located in Western Sydney. About the role: long-term project, with works scheduled to run over the next 3 years, operating 24/7, 7 days a week Great hourly rates allowances Weekly pay Civil Labouring Duties: Installing fencing, signage, flagging and environmental controls General site clean-up and housekeeping Spotting machinery and working safely around services Assisting plant operators and site supervisors 2 years experience civil labouring Experience in communications (pit & pipe) essential Ability to work around live services What We're Looking For Full Australian working rights White Card (Construction Induction) At least 12 months experience in civil earthworks Current driver's licence reliable transport RII or VOC Tickets (essential for operator roles) Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
