About the opportunity: Reporting to the Delivery Lead , this role is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent digital and business initiatives. This is not just a delivery role. A core accountability is ensuring projects deliver measurable value . You will play a key role in embedding benefits analysis and value realisation practices , ensuring initiatives remain aligned to intended outcomes throughout delivery and continue to deliver value post-implementation. You will: Lead complex digital project delivery across business and technology domains Drive continuous value alignment , ensuring initiatives remain focused on outcomes, not just outputs Define, track and actively manage benefits realisation throughout the project lifecycle and beyond go-live Challenge scope and priorities to maximise value delivered Build strong stakeholder engagement and bring people on the journey through clear, effective communication Manage cross-project dependencies, risks and resourcing constraints Provide clear, accurate reporting aligned to governance requirements About the team: The Project Management Office (PMO) is focused on delivering high quality outcomes while supporting the organisation through change. Keys to your success: You are an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and balances structure with pragmatism. Specifically, you will have: Essential: Proven experience delivering digital and technology-enabled projects Demonstrated practical experience in benefits analysis and value realisation Experience embedding continuous value alignment during delivery and post-implementation Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and bring people on the journey Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives Strong knowledge of project management and agile practices (hybrid delivery) Proven capability in risk, dependency and vendor management Strong financial management skills including budget tracking and forecasting Experience working within governance frameworks and producing executive-level reporting Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Project and Planner Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum) Experience in complex stakeholder environments (health, education or not-for-profit environments) Exposure to portfolio management and benefits realisation practices What we can offer you: We offer employment benefits and a working environment that contribute to our people’s health, safety and wellbeing, personal and professional development and supports an inclusive, equitable, and respectful college culture.
