The Role You will take carriage of a diverse Criminal Injuries Compensation practice, managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Depending on your interests and experience, there is also scope to work across a wider range of plaintiff law matters. Responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of Criminal Injuries Compensation matters. Providing practical and strategic advice to clients. Drafting legal correspondence, submissions and court documents. Liaising with medical experts, counsel and other stakeholders. Attending mediations, conferences and hearings. Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Assisting across broader plaintiff law matters where desired. About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: A minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience. Experience in Criminal Injuries Compensation, personal injury, workers' compensation or related plaintiff litigation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
