This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in the back office managing rosters all day. We're looking for a strong retailer and natural salesperson who leads from the front, builds customer relationships and inspires a team to deliver exceptional results. About the Role Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the business. You'll help lead a passionate team, drive sales performance, create memorable customer experiences and ensure the store consistently delivers on both commercial and operational goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend most of your time on the shop floor coaching, selling, engaging customers and setting the pace for the team.
