An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Maintenance Support Coordinator to join a leading mining operation in Northwest Queensland. This role plays a critical part in supporting the maintenance team through the coordination of parts, administration, labour coverage, onboarding activities and logistics support. This position operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane or Townsville, working 12.5-hour dayshift-only shifts. Key Responsibilities Coordinate parts staging and support efficient maintenance workflows Assist with yard organisation and inventory management activities Maintain and update site documentation, reports and records Utilise SAP to support maintenance and operational requirements Coordinate labour coverage and workforce requirements as needed Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of employees and contractors Liaise with maintenance personnel, contractors and site stakeholders Provide day-to-day administrative support to the maintenance department Ensure records and documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with site requirements About You You are a highly organised and proactive individual with experience supporting maintenance, logistics, planning or operational teams within a mining, resources or heavy industry environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, have strong attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
