The Position In the role of Senior Brand & Communications Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Lead the development and execution of brand, communications and marketing strategies across the business Act as the custodian of the company's corporate and project brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Develop and implement project marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales outcomes Manage external marketing, creative, digital, PR and media agencies Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, content, communications and campaign assets Work closely with development, sales and operational teams to support project launches and business initiatives Manage public relations, stakeholder communications and brand positioning initiatives Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide recommendations to optimise outcomes Manage brand governance, marketing budgets and stakeholder engagement Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, brand awareness and market positioning Support the continued growth and evolution of the marketing function as the business expands The Person We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded marketing professional who is equally comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands on level.
