Hit the ground running - immediate start available for the right candidate The Position In the role of Accounts & Office Manager your key responsibilities will include: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing Prepare and manage customer invoicing, statements, and payment allocations Complete bank reconciliations and trust account reconciliations with a high level of accuracy Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and creditor payments Oversee trust accounting for a portfolio of 650 managements, along with sales trust accounting. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with trust accounting requirements. Provide administrative and operational support to management and the wider team The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Accounts & Office Manager role will have: Previous real estate accounts experience is essential, with compliance experience highly regarded. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Solid background in accounts, finance, or trust accounting. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills. Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders. Strong computer literacy and the ability to maintain accurate records across multiple systems. A current Real Estate Licence and experience using PropertyMe will be highly regarded.
