It's all about you This is the perfect time for a self-motivated and highly organised Property Legal Assistant to join the Property & Developments team at this well-established and highly regarded mid tier law firm. About the role In this role you will use your top secretarial skills and property expertise in a busy role providing secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and Lawyers covering all aspects of Commercial Property Developments. Duties Your varied day will include, but not be limited to: • diary management and arranging appointments • dictaphone typing • file management including opening and closing files • producing and amending legal documents • drafting own correspondence • time recording and end of month billing • screening telephone calls and liaising with clients Skills and experience With a proven background as a Property and/or Developments Legal Assistant you will also have: • excellent time management skills • strong MS Word/ typing skills • high attention to detail • ability to work to deadlines • a bright personality with a 'good sense of humour' About our client Our client is a highly regarded mid-tier law firm known for being a top rated employer due to their inclusive, friendly and supportive work environment.
