The Opportunity Based in Sydney Office, you'll work closely with project teams across NSW and Victoria, supporting the delivery of commercial and major loss projects valued from $1M - $30M promoting a proactive safety culture throughout the business. Could suit someone from tier 3 office based safety role wanting to step up. With ambitious growth plans across the southern states, this role offers genuine long-term career progression, supported by experienced safety leaders and senior management who have built successful careers within the organisation. The position will require some travel across NSW and Victoria; however, this is designed to be realistic, well-planned and agreed with senior management to ensure a sustainable workload. All job-related travel expenses will be reimbursed. Key Responsibilities Conduct site inspections, audits and safety reviews across multiple projects. Support project teams with planning and management of high-risk activities. Provide coaching and guidance to site staff on safety processes and best practices. Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions. Drive safety compliance through education, consultation and stakeholder engagement. Maintain accurate reporting, documentation and project safety records. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Formal qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety. Previous experience in a Safety Advisor role within the construction industry. Experience working with Tier 2 or Tier 3 building contractors. Exposure to managing high-risk construction activities. Experience using HammerTech (highly regarded). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A collaborative approach to safety, focused on influencing positive behaviours and outcomes. Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and career progression. The ability and willingness to travel throughout regional NSW and Victoria when required. What's On Offer?
