The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Zero Harm Coordinator to join our Energy and Utilities business supporting our Water division in the SEQ region. This is a developmental role designed to build capability and provide a pathway into future Zero Harm Advisor positions. You will gain exposure across operational and functional environments while supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of our Zero Harm systems. Working closely with project and operational teams, you will play a key role in driving safety performance, supporting audits and inspections, analysing data, and contributing to a strong safety culture across the business. What we are looking for We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about safety and keen to develop their career within Zero Harm. You will bring A minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety A tertiary qualification in a safety related discipline is highly regarded Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written skills with a focus on reporting and data analysis Strong organisation and time management capabilities A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities A collaborative approach and willingness to learn and grow Experience in safety, administration, operations, systems or training is advantageous but not essential.
