The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our growing team. This full-time role will support your development through a Certificate III in Carpentry (CPC30220) while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of construction projects. Key Responsibilities Assist qualified carpenters with on-site construction tasks Learn measuring, cutting, and assembly techniques Work across framing, cladding, fix-out, and basic joinery Follow workplace safety procedures and use PPE correctly Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Participate in training and complete all apprenticeship requirements About You We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Eager to learn and committed to completing a carpentry apprenticeship Positive, respectful, and a strong team player Safety-focused with a good understanding of safe work practices A clear communicator who listens and asks questions Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship Able to think through tasks and show initiative Physically capable of working in a hands-on construction environment Professional in their behaviour with colleagues and clients Essential Requirements Current driver’s licence and own vehicle White Card (Construction Industry Induction Card) Must currently reside in Karratha and be available to start immediately Why Join Us?
