This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical accounting background and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Accounting Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and collections. Ensure accuracy in intercompany transactions, rebilling, and account reconciliations. Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital to maintain optimal financial health. Compliance & Internal Controls: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and collections. Ensure accuracy in intercompany transactions, rebilling, and account reconciliations. Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital to maintain optimal financial health. Team Leadership & Development Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and collections. Process Improvement & Projects Identify opportunities for system and operational enhancements to improve efficiency and automation. Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required by management. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is required. Minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
