The Role We are seeking reliable Grain Handlers to join a site in Goondiwindi, QLD, supporting operations within the agriculture and grain industry. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role where you will assist with tarp work and machinery operations to support grain movement. You'll work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining safety and efficiency across the site. Key Responsibilities This role supports day-to-day grain site operations and general handling tasks. Driving and operating machinery including forklifts, tractors, trucks, loaders, augers and drier; Setting up locations for complex operations; Assist with loading and unloading containers; Loading and uploading of trucks; Performing tarping and bunker operations; Tidying complex site; Perform general maintenance and duties in and around the complex site; and Assisting general operations Benefits Competitive pay rate of $33.38 per hour penalty rates Ongoing employment with approximately 38 hours per week Opportunity to work extended hours during peak periods Hands-on role in a practical agricultural environment Work outdoors as part of a supportive team Your Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will be physically capable, reliable, and experienced in grain or similar environments.
