About the Opportunity We're seeking an IT Coordinator to join a well-established agricultural organisation based in the Orange region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out from behind the desk and working directly with people. You'll provide hands-on support across both corporate and operational environments, helping staff troubleshoot issues, improve systems and make the most of their technology. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support across office and operational sites Troubleshoot hardware, software and system-related issues Support users face-to-face and remotely as required Assist with system upgrades, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate IT-related activities and liaise with internal stakeholders Communicate technical information clearly to users of varying skill levels Contribute to technology projects across the business About You We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and taking ownership of outcomes. You'll bring: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline Experience in IT support, service desk or similar technical roles Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills Confidence working directly with end users and stakeholders A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly A valid Australian Driver's Licence Desirable Exposure to agriculture, agribusiness or on-farm technology environments Interest in emerging technologies used within agricultural operations What's on Offer?
