Job description National Funding & Care Optimisation Manager Sydney OR Canberra (Flexible) An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading for-purpose seniors living and aged care provider for an experienced Funding & Care Optimisation Manager to join their national leadership team. This is a strategic position focused on improving funding performance, strengthening compliance and partnering with operational leaders to ensure exceptional care outcomes across a portfolio of residential and community services. Working closely with clinical, operational and finance teams, you'll be the organisation's subject matter expert across aged care funding, providing guidance, education and strategic direction to optimise funding integrity while supporting high-quality, resident-centred care. The Opportunity Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in: Leading the organisation's funding strategy across AN-ACC, Home Care and other government funding streams Driving funding optimisation while maintaining exceptional clinical and compliance standards Partnering with operational leaders to improve documentation, funding accuracy and care outcomes Supporting audit readiness and ensuring ongoing compliance with aged care legislation and funding frameworks Analysing funding performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Coaching and developing village and care teams to strengthen funding capability and clinical documentation Working collaboratively with Finance, Clinical and Operational leaders to improve organisational performance About You You'll bring a combination of funding expertise, commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills, together with a genuine passion for improving outcomes for older Australians.
