Job description Commissioning Manager – HVAC / Data Centre Projects $175,000 – $195,000 Super Car Allowance Career Progression Sydney, NSW (commutable from Parramatta, North Shore, Western Sydney, Inner West, Central Coast) Are you an experienced Commissioning Engineer or Commissioning Manager with strong exposure to data centre, UPS, HVAC and electrical systems, looking to take ownership of mission-critical commissioning activities rather than just supporting them? Their work operates in highly technical, always-on environments where commissioning precision, safety, and process discipline are essential. They are now seeking a Commissioning Engineer / Manager to take responsibility for commissioning execution across electrical and mechanical systems. You will develop and execute commissioning scripts, coordinate FAT/SAT activities, and ensure all systems are tested, validated, and handed over to exacting standards. In this role, you will work across the full commissioning lifecycle of data centre infrastructure, including UPS systems, HVAC equipment, switchgear, and integrated BMS controls. You will liaise closely with project teams, service operations, and customer commissioning representatives to ensure safe, compliant, and successful delivery. This role would suit a Commissioning Engineer who is looking to step into greater ownership, customer interaction, and complex system responsibility within mission-critical environments.
