They are now seeking a Service Operations Manager to take full ownership of their national service organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring service delivery is consistent, efficient and commercially sound, while also developing team capability and strengthening customer relationships across the country. In this role, you will oversee service operations, contracts and project delivery across multiple regions. You will work closely with supervisors and technicians to manage performance, resolve operational issues and lift delivery standards, while maintaining strong safety, compliance and quality control across all work.
