As Levande's Retirement Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families as they explore retirement living. Through meaningful conversations, you'll build trust, answer questions and help guide people towards booking a village tour, while supporting our Sales Professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a varied role that combines customer engagement, sales coordination and sales support. One moment you'll be speaking with a prospective resident, the next you'll be coordinating a village tour, updating online property listings or maintaining customer information in Salesforce to ensure every opportunity is followed through. You'll enjoy: Hybrid working arrangements Permanent full-time opportunity with a salary of up to $90,000 Total Fixed Remuneration (TFR) Working with a supportive and collaborative national Sales & Marketing team Meaningful work where every customer interaction can make a genuine difference The opportunity to build your experience across Salesforce CRM, sales operations and customer engagement What You'll Be Doing You'll play an important role in supporting the customer journey by: Responding to warm inbound enquiries from prospective residents and their families Building rapport, understanding customer needs and coordinating village tours Supporting enquiry-to-tour conversion targets by ensuring every lead receives timely follow-up Managing online property listings across multiple real estate platforms Maintaining accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce CRM Coordinating our Friends to Neighbours referral program Supporting the Sales Hub and helping keep our national Sales team organised and connected What Will Help You Succeed You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building relationships, are naturally organised and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll also bring: Experience in sales, sales support, customer service or customer engagement Confidence communicating with customers over the phone and building rapport Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly regarded) A proactive approach and genuine desire to help people Experience in retirement living, real estate, aged care, financial services or another customer-focused industry will be highly regarded.
