We’re looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join a leading civil contractors delivering subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and infrastructure projects across North & Western Melbourne. We have multiple sites in Sunbury, Fraser Rise, Truganina, Wallan and Craigieburn What We Offer: • Work with reputable Victorian civil contractors across major growth corridors • Ongoing long-term projects in North & Western Melbourne • Consistent 50 hour weeks with competitive market rates • Temp-to-perm opportunities • Career progression into Leading Hand or Site Supervisor roles Your Day-to-Day Duties: • Operating Excavators for bulk earthworks, trenching, services, road boxing, and site preparation • Working alongside civil crews and trades to complete projects efficiently • Maintaining plant and equipment to site and safety standards • Typical hours: 7:00am–5:00pm, 5–6 days per week What You’ll Need: • Proven experience operating Excavators on civil projects • White Card • Relevant plant tickets • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship • Ability to work in fast-paced subdivision environments
