Commercial HVAC Service Technician ? Melbourne CBD We're currently looking for 4 experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join a national industry leader, working across a premium portfolio of commercial high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, stable work within a supportive and highly experienced team. What We Offer: Up to $55 per hour super (based on experience) Company vehicle provided 1 RDO per month Stable, long-term work across a premium commercial CBD portfolio Supportive team with ongoing training and career development Work Environment: You'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a dedicated portfolio of commercial high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD. Working alongside a skilled team of technicians, you'll enjoy consistent sites, established client relationships, and exposure to a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment. About the Role – Day to Day Duties: Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive breakdowns on commercial HVAC systems Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a range of commercial air conditioning and mechanical systems Service equipment including package units, split systems, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, package units and associated plant Complete routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur Provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades and replacement works Liaise with supervisors, coordinators and building management to ensure works are completed efficiently Maintain accurate service reports and compliance documentation Deliver a high level of customer service while building strong client relationships Work both independently and within a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For: Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician (Cert III Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick) Restricted Electrical Licence Experience servicing commercial HVAC systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills Current driver's licence Ability to successfully pass a Police Check and pre-employment medical if required Got questions?
