As Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, improving processes and delivering an exceptional client experience. Supporting a passionate Founder, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the business while managing a collaborative Head Office team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational excellence, people leadership and strategic business growth. The business has experienced significant national growth and has ambitious plans for the future. The Opportunity This is a diverse leadership position where no two days are the same. You will oversee business operations, mentor and develop your team, support key client relationships and work closely with the Founder to implement strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for continued growth. You will be empowered to make decisions, influence business outcomes and contribute to the ongoing success of a well-established organisation.
